If you already pay for Pin Generator, a lifetime code still redeems. Its pin credits are added on top of the subscription, and the subscription stays. A code for an ordinary plan will not. Cancel that plan from the pricing page, then return here.
AppSumo stacks are the exception. Enter the next AppSumo code on the same account. You do not cancel the AppSumo plan before redeeming it.

Redeeming a code
Where does a Pin Generator redemption code come from?
From the purchase that included one, such as an AppSumo deal or a partner code. Pin Generator does not create a code for an account that bought a normal subscription on the pricing page.
Do I need an account before I redeem a code?
Yes. The code is applied to the account you are logged into. Log in or create that account in the redeem section on this page, then enter the code.
Can I use a code on a different account later?
A single-use code works once, on the account that redeems it. Enter it on the account you want to keep. A code that has already been redeemed cannot be entered again.
What if I already pay for Pin Generator?
A lifetime code still applies. Its pin credits are added on top of the subscription. A code for a normal plan does not stack that way. Cancel the current plan from the pricing page, then come back and redeem. An AppSumo code for the next stack is entered on the same account. You do not cancel the AppSumo plan first.
Why does the page say the code is invalid?
The code is not in the list, it has already been redeemed, or this account has already used it. Check the characters you were given. Codes are not case-sensitive.
